Torta de frutas funcional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the applesauce, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  5. Fold in the dried fruits and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
