Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix the applesauce, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and almond milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the dried fruits and chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
